Need help Updating your COEstar Key?

Are you having trouble login into COEstar? All keys were automatically renewed on July 1st 2016. If you are still having trouble accessing your COEstar. Try some of the following troubleshooting solutions or contact our Tech Support

 

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet
  2. Make sure your wi-fi signal is strong
  3. Once you are sure you are connected to the internet re-open COEstar
  4. You will be prompted “This device is not registered” Click OK
  5. A new COEstar key should appear. Click OK
  6. COEstar will check for updates.
  7. You should be able to login.
